Deze canvas draait niet om opsmuk, maar om spanning in losse penseelstreken – precies waar het moet. Het heldere blauw trekt de aandacht, waardoor een witte of lichtgrijze muur genoeg is om het tot zijn recht te laten komen. Hang op ooghoogte boven een dressoir, een lage bank in de hal of een bureau, zodat de boot in je natuurlijke blikveld ligt. Combineert mooi met licht hout, rotan, gestreept katoen en eenvoudig wit keramiek. De donkergroene streken geven marineblauw of diep donkergroen meubelstof houvast. Vermijd druk behang of meerdere blauwe zeegezichten ernaast; de verfsporen hebben wat rust eromheen nodig. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Zal dit felblauw een kleine kamer overweldigen?

Het houdt een kleine ruimte goed als het de enige sterke kleur op die muur is. Houd de omliggende verf wit of lichtgrijs, vermijd andere blauwe stukken in de buurt en kies liever een medium formaat dan het grootste. In een compacte gang of studeerkamer leest het blauw als een helder raam in plaats van een zwaar vlak.

Werkt het in een kamer zonder sprake van een kustthema?
