Nee, het diepe blauw maakt de kamer niet zachter. Het zet de toon. Deze gestippelde bloemenweide haalt een stille muur naar voren en maakt het tot het eerste waar mensen naar kijken. De kamer krijgt diepte. Het blauw verankert alles eromheen, de gouden en groene stippen vangen ’s avonds het licht en de hele wand voelt minder vlak. Banken, stoelen en lampen ogen ineens doordacht, zonder dat je verder iets hoeft te doen. Hang het op ooghoogte boven een bank, dressoir of laag bed. Het komt het best tot zijn recht in warm licht — tafellampen, dimmers, een haard als je die hebt. De vierkante vorm werkt goed gecentreerd op een muur die te smal is voor een breed liggend werk. Combineer met diepgroen, warm messing, eiken of notenhout, crèmekleurig linnen en fluwelen bekleding. Stucwerk, gebroken wit of een stemmig donkere muur passen allemaal. Vazen van steengoed en een paar kaarsen maken het geheel af. Vermijd klinisch koel grijs, hard wit plastic en concurrerende drukke patronen in de buurt. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wordt het diepe blauw niet te donker in een kleine kamer?

Het heeft gewicht, maar maakt een kamer niet klein zoals een effen donker schilderij dat kan doen. De honderden kleine lichte stippen — goud, crème, lila — breken het blauw op en houden het levendig. In een kleine kamer met een warme lamp in de buurt oogt het knus in plaats van zwaar. Hang het liever niet onder koud plafondlicht.

Ziet het goud er echt goud uit, of is het gewoon geel?

Het oogt als warm geelgoud, niet als metaal. De stippen zijn geen foliedruk of glans — het zijn geschilderde accenten die ’s avonds warm licht vangen. Wil je echt metallic goud, dan is dit niet het stuk. Wil je een bloemprint met warme gloed tegen diepblauw, dan zit je goed.

Hangt dit beter boven een bank of boven een bed?

Beide werken. Boven een bank is het de ankerpunt van de kamer en trekt het direct de aandacht. Boven een bed voelt het romantischer en rustiger. De vierkante vorm past in beide gevallen — centreer het wel zorgvuldig op de muur en hang het op ooghoogte wanneer je zit, niet wanneer je staat.
