Stiltes vallen vanzelf bij dit zelfverzekerde blauw. Het water draagt het beeld; de rest mag rustig blijven. Hang deze poster op en een neutrale kamer krijgt direct een horizon. Beige en off-white ogen ineens bewust gekozen in plaats van veilig.
Geef het werk afstand: boven een bank, dressoir of aan de eethoekmuur die je van ver ziet. Combineer met licht linnen, rotan, warm hout en een paar terracottapotten. Houd de plank eronder sober en laat het stuk ademen. Vermijd drukke patronen of andere felle blauwtinten eromheen — deze poster komt het best tot zijn recht als blikvanger aan de muur.
Op papier blijft de penseelstreek strak en behoudt de lucht haar lichtheid.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is het blauw sterk genoeg om te botsen met een blauwe bank?
Dat kan. Het water hier is een helder, lichtblauw met echte diepte, dus het combineert beter met gebroken wit, warm steen of zachtgroene muren en meubels. Als je bank al ongeveer dezelfde blauwtint heeft, hang het werk dan aan een andere muur in de ruimte zodat je ze niet naast elkaar ziet.
Werkt de vierkante vorm boven een bank?
Ja, zolang je groot genoeg kiest. Een vierkant hangt comfortabel boven een twee- of driezitsbank als het ongeveer twee derde van de bankbreedte vult. Daaronder oogt het al snel te klein en zwevend. Boven een smallere console of sideboard is een medium vierkant ruim voldoende en blijft er aan beide kanten lucht over.
Er gebeurt veel in de onderste helft — voelt het druk?
Vanaf een paar meter afstand zakken de daken en bloemen samen tot kleurvlakken en gaat je oog naar het water en de landtong. Van dichtbij zie je juist de details. Hang het op waar mensen het vooral vanaf de andere kant van de kamer bekijken, niet in een smalle gang.
