Geef je keuken meteen warmte met deze poster van een rijke chocoladetaartpunt. Tegen witte metrotegels oogt het minder klinisch: het diepe chocoladebruin voelt als glazuur op een schoon bord. De saliegroene achtergrond sluit mooi aan bij kruidenplantjes op de vensterbank. Het kobaltblauwe bordje maakt blauwe en wit-blauwe serviezen op de plank eronder vanzelfsprekend. Hang hem niet boven het fornuis – vet en verf gaan niet samen – maar aan de eindmuur waar je ontbijt. Het middelgrote formaat werkt het best: rond 50 cm vierkant blijft de vork herkenbaar en zien de lagen er vanaf de eettafel smakelijk uit. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Voelt het donkere bruin zwaar aan in een kleine witte keuken?
Minder dan je denkt. Het saliegroen neemt ongeveer evenveel van het beeld in als de chocolade, zodat het bruin kan rusten. In een kleine witte keuken is die warmte juist de bedoeling: één donker warm item voorkomt dat een rij witte kasten op een showroom gaat lijken. Houd het middelgroot en hang het aan de muur waar je vanaf de tafel op kijkt, in plaats van ertussen geperst tussen kasten.

Welke maat werkt boven een keukenblad of sideboard?
Middelgroot, ongeveer 50 cm vierkant, is de beste keuze. Op dat formaat is het stuk bijna levensgroot, zijn de lagen van een afstand duidelijk te zien en blijft de vork ook echt op een vork lijken. Ga je kleiner, dan wordt het penseelwerk een ansichtkaart. Ga je groter, dan ziet iedereen alleen nog die ene punt taart tijdens het eten. Laat boven het werkblad of sideboard ongeveer een handbreedte muur vrij.

Werkt het alleen in keukens?
Keukens en eetkamers zijn de logische plekken, maar ook een ontbijthoek, een muur in de bijkeuken of een gang naar de keuken past goed. Het vierkante formaat en de saliegroene ondergrond staan ook mooi in een cafégedeelte van de woonkamer. In slaapkamers en badkamers voelt het minder passend, waar eten op een bord vreemd overkomt. Zie het als iets dat hoort waar mensen gaan zitten om te eten.
