Geef deze poster de plek boven de bank. Het brede beeld komt het best tot zijn recht boven een lange, lage driezits in effen grijs of havermout. De oranje tint trekt langs de hele wand, waardoor de bank niet langer het grootste object in de ruimte is. Hang de poster zo dat de onderrand een handbreedte boven de rugkussens hangt, bijna even breed als de zitting. Geen patronen op de kussens. Eén gele of diepblauwe kussenhoes pakt de vormen subtiel op; de rest blijft effen. Leer warmt het geheel op; groen fluweel bijt. Houd de muur wit of lichtgrijs zodat het oranje kan spreken. Zo wordt de bank de eerste rij en doet de muur het werk. Gedrukt op fine-art papier komen de volle kleuren strak en egaal uit, en een zwarte lijst houdt het geheel mooi in balans.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Gaat zoveel oranje een kleine woonkamer overheersen?
Alleen als de kamer ertegen vecht. In een kleine ruimte houd je de muren wit en de bank effen grijs of oatmeal, en dan wordt het oranje de ene warme kleur in plaats van een van velen. Hang hem over de volle breedte van een tweezitsbank en laat de rest van die muur leeg. In een kleine kamer oogt een enkele opvallende afbeelding juist bewust, niet vol.

Welke muur kleur moet erachter zitten?
Wit of een licht koele grijstint. De oranje rand omlijst de afbeelding al, dus een gekleurde muur voegt een tweede lijst toe en die twee botsen. Vermijd crème, want dat maakt het oranje modderig, en ook warme terracotta of blush, omdat die het afzwakken. Een diepe antracietkleurige muur werkt als de kamer groot en licht is, maar laat het geel dan sterker naar voren komen dan de meeste mensen verwachten.

Past dit in een kinderkamer of speelkamer?
Ja, en beter dan de meeste volwassen kunst.
