Deze poster houdt stand waar veel abstract werk wegvalt. Op een bleke, vlekkerige muur blijft het diepzwart krachtig; de losse band op schouderhoogte geeft de wand een strakke horizon. De neonroze toets zet daar fel tegenin – één warm accent tegen al dat krijtige wit. Ook op beton, in een industriële ruimte met ruwe vloer, komt dit werk sterk tot zijn recht. Hang boven de bank op 120 cm breed of groter, zo laag dat de verfspatten bijna de kussens raken. Combineer met donkere zitmeubels – antraciet wol of zwart leer – zodat de lichte achtergrond als een helder vlak tussen twee zware elementen leest. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Botst het neonroze met een grijze bank?
Een grijze bank is meestal de veiligste keuze eronder. De ondergrond van het werk is licht warmgrijs, dus een charcoal of middengrijze bank voelt als familie en het roze wordt de enige kleur in de ruimte. Pas bij andere rozetinten ontstaat er gedoe. Blush of dusty rose kussens ogen snel flets naast neon, dus houd het bij één roze of geen.

Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een standaard driezitsbank?
Een driezitsbank is meestal 200 tot 220 cm breed, en het werk wil minstens tweederde daarvan beslaan. Mik op 150 cm breed. Op 120 cm werkt het nog steeds boven een tweezitsbank of een laag bed. Onder 100 cm krimpt de zwarte band tot een streep en verliezen de drips hun gewicht van verder weg, waardoor het werk zijn werking verliest.

Is dit te hard voor een slaapkamer?
Dat hangt af van het beddengoed. Boven charcoal of donkergrijs linnen wordt het rustiger en doet de lichte ondergrond het meeste werk, zodat de kamer rustig blijft. Boven wit of crème beddengoed komt de zwarte band sterker naar voren en voelt de ruimte scherper aan, wat sommigen willen en anderen juist niet. Hang het laag, net boven een laag hoofdbord, en houd de muur vrij van lampen zodat het zwart ’s avonds zacht blijft in het licht.
