Hang deze poster liever groot. Rond 70 cm vierkant vult het rood je blik en verandert een kale badkamerwand van ‘lege tegelruimte’ in een statement. Kleiner oogt het al snel als een pagina uit een prentenboek – prima voor een kinderkamer, zonde elders. Teal komt het mooist uit tegen witte tegels of een kalkachtig offwhite; dan voelt het als water in plaats van een losse kleurkeuze. Houd handdoeken en badmat offwhite of navy; het rood blijft in het beeld. In de woonkamer verdient hij solo de plek boven een grijze bank, zonder gezelschap, met de onderrand op een handbreedte boven de rugkussens. Die schaal is precies de bedoeling. Gedrukt op premium fine-art papier. Leverbaar los of in een lijst van echt hout.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Botst het rood met mijn badkamertegels?

Op witte, gebroken witte of lichtgrijze tegels voelt hij zich helemaal thuis, en de teal leest dan als water. Naast warme terracotta, roze of koraaltegels werkt hij minder goed, omdat de twee roodtinten met elkaar concurreren. Donker navy of antraciet tegelwerk werkt verrassend goed, omdat het rood opvalt en de teal naar de achtergrond zakt. Houd handdoeken wit of navy en de print doet de rest.

Welk formaat moet ik kopen voor een kinderkamer?

Ga groter dan de kamer doet vermoeden. Een middelgroot of groot vierkant, opgehangen met het midden op ooghoogte van een kind, wordt het ene beeld waarnaar ze vanaf het bed kijken. Kleine formaten verdwijnen tussen speelgoed en boeken. Als de kamer een lage speelgoedkist of boekenkast heeft, hang hem er direct boven met een handbreedte muur ertussen en laat de rest van die wand leeg.

Werkt dit in een woonkamer of is het vooral een badkamerbeeld?

Het werkt prima in een woonkamer als de ruimte verder rustig van kleur is. Boven een grijze of gebroken witte bank, groot opgehangen, draagt het rood de hele wand en hoeft niets anders te concurreren. Kies kussens in navy of effen wit en vermijd rode of oranje textielsoorten. In een kamer met veel patroon of warme kleuren gaat hij juist vechten om aandacht in plaats van leiden.
