Veel gangen missen hoogte: alles hangt op schouderhoogte en het plafond valt niet op. Deze poster met drie reigers boven op elkaar brengt die verticale lijn terug, van plint tot lijsten. Hang hem op de kopse muur, zodat je hem direct ziet bij binnenkomst. Het diepe groen combineert prachtig met kalkachtig offwhite of klei-roze muren, terwijl de roesttinten mooi aansluiten op een terracotta tegelvloer of een doorleefde leren bank eronder. Laat de rest van de muur leeg: één haak, niets op kniehoogte. Dit werkt net zo goed op overloopjes en op de smalle strook muur tussen twee ramen waar verder niets past. De papieren uitvoering behoudt elke veerfijning haarscherp achter glas.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Hoe groot moet ik gaan voor een muur in de hal?
Ga groter dan veilig voelt. Een hal zie je vanaf het uiteinde, dus het beeld moet standhouden over de lengte van de gang. Ongeveer 50 cm breed bij 100 cm hoog werkt op de meeste eindmuren, met de onderrand rond 90 cm vanaf de vloer. Onder 40 cm breed krimpen de drie vogels tot één vorm en doet de hoogte zijn werk niet meer.

Past het diepe groen goed bij crèmekleurige of magnoliawanden?
Ja, en beter dan op wit. De achtergrond van het beeld is warm crème, dus een vergelijkbare muurkleur laat de vogels lijken alsof ze rechtstreeks op het pleisterwerk zijn getekend. Magnolia en gebroken wit werken allebei. Sterkere kleuren werken ook, vooral diep groen of kleiroze, die achtereenvolgens de bovenste en middelste vogel oppakken.

Werkt de hoge vorm ook ergens anders dan in een hal?
Ja, zolang de muur maar smal is. De smalle strook tussen twee ramen in een woonkamer is ideaal, net als de muur naast een hoge boekenkast in een werkkamer of de muur op een trapoverloop. Vermijd brede open muren boven een bank of bed, waar de vorm te veel kaal pleisterwerk aan beide kanten laat.
