How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Le fond doré est-il vraiment brillant ou métallique ?
Le doré se présente comme un or peint chaud plutôt que comme un film métallique — plus proche de l’aspect des fonds dorés des œuvres de Klimt. Il capte joliment la lumière de lampe dans des pièces chaleureuses mais ne reflète pas comme du métal, de sorte qu’il s’accorde au laiton et aux bois chauds sans entrer en concurrence.
Est-ce que ce sera trop chargé pour une petite pièce ?
C’est une pièce superposée et décorative, donc elle fonctionne mieux comme point focal unique sur son mur plutôt que comme l’une de plusieurs. Dans une petite pièce, ménagez-lui de l’espace — un mur uni au-dessus d’un meuble bas ou d’une commode, avec une lampe à proximité, laisse le motif s’exprimer sans écraser.
Quelle couleur de cadre convient le mieux ?
Un cadre doré chaud fait écho au fond doré et offre la finition la plus romantique et habillée. Un cadre noir fin est l’alternative solide — il reprend le chat noir et rend la pièce plus graphique et moderne. Nous éviterions le chêne clair ici ; le doré chaud demande quelque chose avec un peu plus de présence.
