How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Le fond est-il vraiment aussi chaud et jaunâtre ?

Oui. La majeure partie de l'image est dans des tons sable chaud et miel, façon soie vieillie, et c'est ce qui la rend facile à vivre. Elle est au mieux sur des murs écru, crème ou argile douce. Sur un gris froid ou un blanc très bleuté, le fond peut paraître un peu jauni.

La couleur est toute d'un côté — comment l'accrocher pour qu'elle paraisse équilibrée ?

Centrez-la sur le mur plutôt que d'essayer de corriger la composition. Le paon est à gauche et les fleurs à droite, ce qui donne un équilibre global. Laissez de l'espace dégagé de chaque côté et, si vous l'accrochez au‑dessus d'un meuble, gardez lampes et plantes basses pour ne pas écraser la branche fleurie.

Les détails fins des plumes et des fleurs resteront-ils visibles à une taille réduite ?

Les formes principales — le cou bleu, les ocelles et les têtes de fleurs jaunes — se lisent clairement quelle que soit la taille. Ce sont les lignes fines des feuilles et des plumes qui disparaissent en premier, donc si l'œuvre sera vue à plus de quelques mètres, choisissez une taille supérieure pour que les détails méritent d'être regardés de près.
