Iedere woning heeft zo’n lastige strook muur: naast de voordeur, bovenaan de trap of naast de bergkast. Te smal voor iets breeds, te hoog om leeg te laten. Hang deze canvas daar. Op ooghoogte en hoger lopen de strepen mee omhoog, waardoor de lastige verhoudingen ineens bewust en stijlvol ogen. Terracottakleurige banen geven warmte aan een krijtwitte muur zonder direct zonlicht, terwijl de saliegroene tint mooi aansluit bij een geschilderde trapleuning of een loper in dof pruim. Laat het kunstwerk solo op die muur hangen: één hoog stuk op een smalle muur is een keuze, twee voelen als opslag. De canvas wordt gespannen op een houten frame geleverd, klaar om op te hangen.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

De lucht bovenaan is al perzikkleurig, dus een zachte roze of pleisterkleurige muur voelt als een verlengstuk van het beeld in plaats van een conflict. Het risico is een felle koraal- of zalmtint, die concurreert met de roestbanen. Hoeveel muurruimte in de hoogte heeft het nodig op een trappenbordes?
Reken op een muur die minstens 60 cm breed is en ongeveer 2,2 meter hoog. Een groot formaat zorgt dat de banen leesbaar zijn vanaf de onderkant van de trap, en de bovenkant kan boven ooghoogte zitten zonder benauwd te voelen. Centreer het op de breedte van de muur in plaats van op de leuning, die meestal schuin loopt.
Werkt het in een kamer met al veel groen?
Ja, en vaak beter dan in een neutrale kamer. De salie-, olijf- en tealstrepen sluiten aan bij groene verf, fluweel of planten, terwijl terracotta en mosterd dat groen iets warms geven om tegenaan te werken. Houd de groentinten gedempt in plaats van limoen of smaragd, en laat het beeld de enige oranje tint in de kamer zijn.
