How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wordt het warme oranje te fel in een rustige ruimte?

Het oranje zit in kleine doses — een gestreept badlaken, één bloem, de parasolpanelen. Het grootste deel van het werk is zacht warm zand en diep teal, dus het functioneert als een vriendelijk warm accent in plaats van een fel kleurstatement. In een rustige ruimte tilt het de sfeer zonder stillere linnen, eiken of crème muren te overheersen.

Werkt dit alleen in kamers met een kustthema?

Nee. Het is eerst een grafische mid-century illustratie en pas op de tweede plaats een strandtafereel, dus het staat prima in organisch moderne keukens, familiewoonkamers, hallen en kinderkamers. Zolang de ruimte wat warm hout, crème of terracotta bevat, voelt de print zich ook ver van de kust thuis.

Is een vierkante vorm geschikt boven een rechthoekig dressoir of bank?

Ja, één vierkant formaat werkt goed boven een langer meubelstuk wanneer je een focuspunt wilt in plaats van een volledig gevulde wand. Richt je erop dat de print ongeveer de helft tot twee derde van de breedte van het meubel hieronder beslaat, en hang met het midden op ooghoogte.
