Diep marineblauwe muren slikken vaak beelden op. Deze niet. Het poederblauwe huis in het midden is net lichter dan de verf, waardoor de hele rij huizen optisch naar voren komt. De oranje pompoenen doen de rest. Hang hem in de hal op kinderhoogte – daar staan ze stil en tellen de vleermuizen. Volwassenen ontdekken de zwarte kat. Houd de vloer rustig, met een sisal loper of blanke planken, en laat de hekken voor het patroon zorgen. In november hoeft hij niet weg. De roze, blauwe en crèmekleurige huizen blijven de hele herfst aanvoelen als een straattafereel, terwijl de pompoenen subtiel een knipoog worden. Klein is de vergissing: op 50 cm vierkant blijven de trick-or-treaters mensen in plaats van stipjes. Op canvas blijft de geschilderde textuur mooi zichtbaar en hij wordt kant-en-klaar geleverd om op te hangen.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Ziet het er niet vreemd uit zodra Halloween voorbij is?

Minder dan je denkt. De pompoenen en vleermuizen zijn klein vergeleken met de drie pastelkleurige gevels, dus van verder weg leest het als een straatbeeld met herfstbladeren. De meeste mensen laten het hangen tot eind november en sommigen halen het er nooit af. In een kinderkamer wordt het gewoon het plaatje met de kat erin.

Welke maat werkt goed in een smalle hal?

Kies 50 tot 60 cm vierkant. Daarmee vul je de breedte van een typische halmuur tussen deuropeningen en blijven de trick-or-treaters groot genoeg om vanaf de voordeur te herkennen. Onder 40 cm worden de figuurtjes stippen en gaat het plezier verloren. Groter dan 70 cm maakt een hal vaak te vol en laat het naïeve penseelwerk grover zien.

Werkt het op een donkere muur of moet het wit zijn?

Het staat beter op een donkere muur. Diep navy, bottelgroen of antraciet laat de roze en blauwe huizen van het oppervlak loskomen, en de oranje pompoenen lichten ertegen op. Op een witte muur is het mooi maar rustiger, dus voeg een witte frame-rand toe voor meer omlijsting. Vermijd muren in een vergelijkbare zachtroze of babyblauwe tint, waar de huizen hun contour verliezen.
