Because the illustrator knew restraint, the mustard yellow hits harder here. One dinosaur, one flat blue background, nothing else competing. Hang it in a child's room and the whole wall gets a focal point without turning into a cartoon set. It works above a low bookcase, beside a cot, or on the bit of wall behind a small desk where nothing else has landed yet. Pair it with painted pine furniture, cotton bedding, a stripey rug and one or two mustard cushions to pick up the yellow. Don't crowd it with novelty signage, alphabet charts and character bedding all at once — the flat colour does more work when the rest of the room stays plain. On premium fine-art paper the flat blocks of colour stay clean and even.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the blue background too dark for a small bedroom?
It reads as a mid dusty blue rather than a deep navy, so it holds its own without weighing down a small room. On off-white or pale blue walls it looks like a window of colour. If the room is very dim, hang it near a window or a lamp so the mustard yellow stays lively.
Will this suit a girl's room as well as a boy's?
Yes. The palette is mustard yellow, rust red and dusty blue rather than anything gendered, and the dinosaur has a soft, smiling face. It sits just as well with pink and cream bedding as with blue, and plenty of parents use it in a shared room.
Should I hang it lower than usual for a child?
Yes, drop it below adult eye level. Around 110-120cm from the floor means a toddler can actually see the dinosaur's face. Above a low bookcase or chest of drawers works well, keeping roughly a hand's width between the furniture top and the bottom edge.
