How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the gold in the trees a strong accent or fairly subtle?
It's a clear flash rather than the dominant colour. The upper-right canopy reads as warm gold against the deep green, but greens and browns still carry the rest of the picture. It lifts the palette without turning the print into a bright autumn scene.
Will it look heavy in a small hallway?
It's a darker piece, but the warm brown ground and the bright path running up the middle stop it feeling closed in. In a narrow hallway it actually adds depth, as if the wall opens onto a path. Pair with a calm wall colour and one low piece of furniture.
Does the path lead the eye up or off to one side?
Straight up the middle, with a gentle bend further back. The composition is centred and symmetrical, which makes it an easy fit above a console, bench or chest of drawers without needing anything else to balance it.
