Ga groter dan je eethoek normaal vraagt. Formaat maakt hier het verschil. Veel mensen hangen seizoenskunst op kaartformaat (±40 cm); dan vervagen kaarsen en crackers tot een patroon dat je na Tweede Kerstdag niet meer ziet. Op 90 cm hoog voelt de muur als een tweede tafel. De zachte roze achtergrond geeft warmte aan een witte kamer zonder verfkwast. Donkergroen blijft van veraf duidelijk leesbaar. Rode biesjes op de borden blijven krachtig, ook bij een rood tafelkleed. De ideale plek voor dit formaat is de smalle muur tussen twee ramen, of het stuk muur waar een dressoir ophoudt. Geschilderd lambris achter, eiken of gewaxte grenen eronder – en laten hangen. Dit werk verdient zijn plek voorbij januari; in maart voelen het roze en groen al als voorjaar. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Werkt dit alleen met kerst?
Het is een kersttafel, dus december is de beste maand, maar de kleuren zeggen het meeste. Zachtroze en diep groen zijn ook lentekleuren, en in een crème eetkamer leest het beeld als een vrolijk tafereel aan tafel in plaats van als decoratie. Veel mensen laten het tot Pasen hangen. Welke maat moet ik kiezen voor een smalle muur?
Neem groter dan logisch voelt. Op een muur tussen twee ramen of aan het einde van een gang moet het beeld ongeveer twee derde van de muuropte vullen. Onder 60 cm hoog gaan de kaarsen en crackers in elkaar over tot een druk patroon en verlies je het gevoel van een gedekte tafel. Vanaf 90 cm of meer komt het tafereel tot rust en zorgt de roze ondergrond voor warmte aan de muur.

Welke muurkleur past hier het best bij?
Krijtwit, crème of zacht pleisterroze laten het diep groen en rood hun werk doen. Midden-groene muren werken ook en laten het beeld meer opgaan in de kamer dan op bezoek komen. Vermijd fel rood of burgundy erachter, want dat botst met de randen van de borden, en vermijd koel grijs, omdat dat het roze afvlakt. In een keuken is een licht geschilderde muur boven een grenen tafel ideaal.
