How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Wordt de saliegroene lucht grijs op een witte muur?

Op een felwitte muur oogt de lucht als een zachte grijs-groene tint en komt het roze in de wolken meer naar voren dan je verwacht. Op een gebroken witte of lichtgrijze muur liggen de lucht en de muur dichter bij elkaar in toon en doen de donkere bomen het werk. Beide kan. Vermijd een sterke warme crèmekleurige muur, die duwt de lucht richting grijs.

Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een kingsize bed?

Een kingsize bed is in het VK 150 cm breed, dus mik op 100 tot 120 cm. Dan hou je aan beide kanten marge bij het nachtkastje en loopt de boomgrens grotendeels over de lengte van het hoofdbord. Onder de 80 cm begint het op een ansichtkaart te lijken op een grote muur, en wordt de maan een stip die je moet zoeken.

Is dit te donker voor een slaapkamer met weinig licht?

Bijna de helft van het beeld is bleke lucht, dus het vangt meer licht dan je op het eerste gezicht denkt. Het diepe groen zit onderaan en langs één kant, waardoor de bovenste helft open blijft. Hang het in een donkere kamer liever tegenover het raam dan ernaast, dan pikt de lucht het daglicht op dat er is. ’s Avonds is één warme lamp naast het bed genoeg.
