How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the pink pathway feel too sweet in a grown-up room?
The pink sits next to a strong deep blue sea and warm orange walls, so it reads as a confident colour block rather than a pastel. In an adult bedroom or hallway with linen, oak and stoneware, it feels modern and considered, not childish or overly soft.
Does this work in a north-facing room that gets little sun?
Yes — that's where it earns its keep. The warm orange walls and soft pink pathway add the warmth a cooler room is missing, while the sky blue keeps things fresh. Hang it where you'd usually wish for more daylight, like a hallway or a shaded bedroom wall.
What size should I pick for above a standard double bed?
Aim for a medium size that fills around two-thirds of the headboard width. The portrait shape sits well centred above the pillows. If your headboard is low or you have a tall ceiling, size up rather than down so the colour blocks have room to breathe.
