    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Is het rood niet te sterk voor een lichte neutrale kamer?
    Dat zou niet moeten. Het rood zit midden in een vooral gebroken witte vierkante print, dus het werkt als één duidelijke kleuraccent in plaats van een muur vol kleur. In kamers in crème, steen of zacht grijs komt het over als het accent. Als je muren al diep rood of terracotta zijn, verliest de bloem juist zijn kracht.

    Werkt de vierkante vorm boven een dressoir of is hij te klein?
    Een vierkant werkt goed boven een dressoir als je groot genoeg kiest. Als richtlijn: zorg dat het beeld ongeveer tweederde van de breedte van het meubel vult, of hang twee vierkanten naast elkaar als paar. In kleinere formaten werkt het beter op een smalle muur, een plank of in een cluster.

    Lijkt de lichte achtergrond niet flets in een donkere kamer?
    In een kamer met weinig licht of op het noorden blijft de gebroken witte achtergrond juist zacht in plaats van fel, wat het rood en groen beter laat uitkomen. Als de muur zelf donker is, geeft de lichte achtergrond prettig ademruimte. Een lamp in de buurt haalt de groentinten ’s avonds duidelijk op.
