    De muur achter het bed blijft vaak jarenlang leeg: te lang voor één vierkante lijst en te laag voor iets hoogs. Deze brede landschapscanvas lost dat in één keer op. Opgehangen op circa 100 cm breed zweven de olijfgroenen een hand boven het hoofdbord en oogt de hele wand eindelijk af. Het koraal in de rozen brengt warmte in linnen beddengoed, zonder dat je kussens hoeft te matchen. Houd de muur zelf zacht – krijtwit of warm pleister – zodat de grijze bergen terugvallen, zoals bij een raamzicht. Eén lamp aan elke kant, en verder niets op die wand: rust en balans. In een noordkamer blijven de groentinten opvallend mooi, omdat het hele tafereel warm van toon is. In zonnige ruimtes licht het pad aan het eind van de dag op. De canvas wordt opgespannen en klaar-om-te-hangen geleverd, zodat niets tussen jou en het penseelwerk staat.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Passen de olijfgroenen bij een grijze bank?

    Dat hangt af van het grijs. Een warme grijze of greige bank past er prima onder, omdat de bruine en khaki tinten in de heuvel die warmte delen. Een koel blauwgrijze bank trekt de andere kant op en maakt de groenen al snel modderig. Is je bank koel, voeg dan havermout- of roestkleurige kussens toe en het beeld komt weer goed tot zijn recht.

    Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een kingsize bed?

    Een kingsize hoofdbord is ongeveer 150 cm breed, dus mik op een afbeelding die tussen twee derde en drie kwart daarvan beslaat, ongeveer 100 tot 120 cm. Kleiner en de bergen verliezen hun schaal en oogt de muur aan beide kanten onaf. Laat ongeveer 20 cm tussen de bovenkant van het hoofdbord en de onderrand.

    Voelt dit niet te traditioneel voor een moderne ruimte?

    Het onderwerp is op de beste manier klassiek, maar het brede formaat en het zachte palet zorgen ervoor dat het niet als een historisch stuk voelt. In een moderne ruimte houd je de muur rustig en warm, gebruik je een eenvoudige lijst en laat je het het enige werk aan die muur zijn. Tegen strakke lijnen leest de losse penseelstreek als ontspannen in plaats van tuttig.
