    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Zien de diep paarse olijven er niet te donker uit in een lichte keuken?
    Nee. Het paars zit in kleine clusters tegen veel zacht zand, crème en warm bruin, waardoor het leest als een reeks accenten in plaats van een donkere massa. In een lichte keuken geeft het de muur een focuspunt en pakt het eventuele olijfgroene, klei- of auberginetinten op die je al hebt in tegels of keramiek.

    Werkt de vierkante vorm boven een lang sideboard?
    Dat kan, maar centreer hem en houd het oppervlak eronder vrij netjes zodat het beeld niet verloren oogt. Als het sideboard breder is dan ongeveer 1,6 m, neem dan een maat groter, of zet een kleine lamp en een hoge vaas aan één kant om de breedte op te vullen en het vierkant iets uit het midden boven het andere uiteinde te laten hangen.

    Hoeveel detail zit er in de achtergrondheuvel?
    Best veel, maar bewust zacht. Je ziet cipressen, terracotta daken, olijfgaarden en een strook zee die het licht vangt, allemaal geschilderd met losse aquarel-randen. Op twee of drie meter afstand oogt het als een waas; van dichtbij is er genoeg om je blik over het werk te laten dwalen.
