    Over dit kunstwerk
    Kies eerst de lijst, dan de muur. In wit blijft het teal fris en zonnig en voelt de octopus speels en kustachtig – perfect boven het bad of op de kinderkamer, naast geschilderd kraaldelen. Met een zwarte lijst oogt het rode strakker en krijgt het geheel een galerie-uitstraling, sterk genoeg om boven de bank te hangen in een volwassen interieur. Beide opties werken. Het krachtige teal combineert beter met een effen muur; kies wit of lichtgrijs en laat de tentakels het werk doen. Hang in een kinderkamer net onder ooghoogte, zodat degene voor wie het is de ogen echt kan zien. Nog een zeedier erbij en je hebt een duo; drie maken er een duidelijk thema van.     Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Botst de teal met een blauwe badkamer?

    Dat hangt van het blauw af. Tegen marineblauw of diep inktblauw oogt de teal juist bewust en zingt het rood. Tegen licht hemelsblauw of duck egg vechten de twee kleuren met elkaar, omdat ze te dicht bij elkaar liggen zonder te matchen. Zijn je tegels lichtblauw, hang hem dan liever aan een witte muur in de ruimte en houd het blauw op vloerniveau.

    Is het te fel om boven een ledikant te hangen?

    Niet als het het enige felle ding is. Baby’s zien hoog contrast lang voordat ze details zien, dus het rood op teal trekt meer aandacht dan een zacht pastel.
