    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Staat het woord 'scorpio' op het kunstwerk gedrukt?
    Ja. De naam van het sterrenbeeld staat in kleine lowercase letters onder het sterrenbeeld, binnen de cirkel. Het is bewust ingetogen en niet als koptekst bedoeld, dus van een paar meter afstand zie je vooral het sterpatroon en de ring. Van dichtbij geeft de tekst het gevoel van een pagina uit een oude sterrenatlas.

    Ziet het er niet te donker uit op een lichte muur?
    Nee — de gebroken witte rand rond de cirkel geeft de donkere schijf ruimte om te ademen, waardoor hij leest als een strak vierkant en niet als een zwart gat. Op krijtachtig gebroken witte of lichtgrijze muren komt hij juist iets naar voren en blijft hij scherp. Op diep inktkleurige muren draait het effect om en voelt hij juist meer beschut en gelaagd.

    Kan ik een set maken met andere sterrenbeelden?
    Ja, en dat is een veelgebruikte manier om hem te kopen. Twee of drie sterrenbeelden voor een huishouden werken beter dan alle twaalf, want anders gaat het op een kaart aan de muur lijken. Hang ze gelijkmatig met hetzelfde formaat en dezelfde lijstkleur, en houd de muur eromheen rustig zodat de cirkels niet met elkaar concurreren.
