    Over dit kunstwerk

Buy abstract scribbles for the story. Keep it for the deep navy. This one brings movement to a quiet wall — looping ink marks on a soft cream ground, with grey spray shadows that stop the composition feeling flat. Hang it above a writing desk, a low console or a modern sofa where the eye needs something to hold onto. It sits well with pale oak, black metal legs, cream linen and stoneware in soft greys. Keep the surrounding wall calm and let the marks do the talking. Skip it if you want a tidy, symmetrical piece — this one is deliberately loose. Printed on premium fine-art paper, ready to frame or order framed in real wood with acrylic glazing.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

We're serious about art, ask away

From sizing to framing and print quality, Fab's art experts break it all down—so you can find the right art for your space.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the navy ink read as black from a distance?

Close up you can see the marks are a deep blue-black rather than pure black, with a bit of warmth where the ink pools. From across a room they read as strong dark strokes on cream, so the overall impression is high-contrast and graphic rather than colourful.

Does the cream background match off-white or magnolia walls?

The background is a soft warm cream rather than a bright white, so it sits comfortably on off-white, magnolia and plaster-toned walls without looking mismatched. On very cool bright white walls the cream shows up as slightly warmer, which usually helps the piece feel intentional rather than jarring.

Is this too busy to hang above a sofa?

The marks are loose but the composition is balanced, with plenty of cream space between them. Above a plain sofa on a calm wall it reads as one strong gestural piece rather than clutter. Keep surrounding shelves and cushions simple so the scribbles stay the focal point.
