    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Gaat de gebroken witte achtergrond er vies uitzien tegen een heldere witte muur?

    Het leest warmer dan vuil. De ondergrond heeft een zachte papieren tint, dicht bij de kleur van ongeverfd linnen, dus tegen een briljant witte muur zie je vooral een subtiel verschil in helderheid. Op een krijt- of warmwitte muur valt het bijna weg en lijken de zwarte stammen rechtstreeks op het pleisterwerk te staan. Koele grijze muren maken het papier juist nog warmer.

    Hoe groot moet het zijn voordat de details zichtbaar worden?

    De kleine handgeschreven labels en de fijnste dennennaalden beginnen zichtbaar te worden vanaf ongeveer 90 cm hoog. Op dat formaat kan iemand die door een hal loopt elke boom herkennen. Kleinere formaten werken nog steeds als staand accent aan een bureauwand of naast een deur, maar de tekening wordt dan meer een silhouet dan een studie.

    Is zwarte inkt niet te streng voor een slaapkamer?

    Niet als de rest van de kamer zacht blijft. Het zwart neemt maar een klein deel van het blad in en het grootste deel is licht papier, dus het geheel blijft luchtig. Combineer het met beddengoed van havermoutkleurig linnen, licht hout en warmgrijze of witte muren en het oogt rustig. Houd andere zwarte objecten, zoals metalen lampen of lijsten, tot één of twee stuks beperkt zodat de bomen de aandacht houden.
