    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Botst het rood met mijn saliegroene kasten?
    Integendeel. De achtergrond zit dicht bij een klassieke saliekleur, waardoor het beeld in een saliekeuken valt alsof het ervoor geschilderd is, en het rood de ene warme noot wordt die de ruimte nodig had. Waar je wel op moet letten is een keuken die al een rode achterwand of rode tegels heeft, want dan concurreren de twee roodtinten. Hang het in dat geval liever in de eetkamer.

    Welke maat werkt in een kleine keuken?
    Middelgroot is meestal ideaal. Het is duidelijk zichtbaar vanaf de deuropening zonder een muur te domineren die ook kasten en een klok heeft. Meet de vrije muur naast je tafel of naast de koelkast en laat aan elke kant een handbreedte over. Kies alleen groter als het naar een eetkamerwand boven een dressoir gaat, waar het meer ruimte heeft.

    Werkt het ook ergens anders dan in de keuken?
    Ja, in een eetkamer of ontbijthoek, en het doet het ook goed in een thuiskantoor of tienerkamer voor iedereen die van dinerstijl houdt.
