How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the mustard background going to clash with cooler-toned rooms?
The yellow is warm and dusty rather than bright, so it sits more like a soft ochre than a primary yellow. It plays nicely with sage, olive, soft pinks and warm woods. In a cool blue-grey room it will feel like a deliberate warm accent rather than a clash — useful if your scheme needs lifting.
Does this read as kitsch cowboy art or something more grown-up?
It leans grown-up. The brushwork is loose and painterly, the colours are dusty rather than saturated, and the figure is thoughtful rather than performative. It sits closer to a quiet figurative painting than a novelty western print, which is why it works in living rooms and bedrooms rather than just themed spaces.
Which way is she facing, and does it matter for placement?
She's in left-facing profile, looking out of the frame to the left. Hang her on a wall where the eye-line draws you into the room rather than out of a doorway — for example, on the right-hand side of a sofa or above a bed where the left side has space to breathe.
