    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Ziet hij er niet te grijs uit in een slaapkamer op het noorden?
    Koel noorderlicht trekt de grijstinten naar voren en maakt het crème rustiger, waardoor het werk zachter en koeler oogt dan in een lichte kamer. Wil je de warmte terugbrengen, schilder de muur dan in een warm gebroken wit in plaats van puur wit en gebruik een lamp met een linnen kap in de buurt; dat haalt de crèmekleurige lucht op zonder de mist geel te maken.

    Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een tweepersoonsbed van kingsize?
    Kies ergens tussen twee derde en driekwart van de bedbreedte, dus bij een bed van 180 cm kom je uit op ongeveer 120 tot 140 cm breed. Smaller dan dat wordt de mist een strook in plaats van een uitzicht. Hang hem zo dat de onderrand ongeveer 15 cm boven het hoofdbord zit, en houd de muren naast het bed leeg zodat de breedte goed werkt.

    Werkt hij ook in een kamer met donkerder hout, zoals notenhout?
    Ja, al verschuift de balans. Tegen notenhout pakken de houtskoolkleurige bomen het hout op en voelt het werk steviger en minder luchtig, wat beter past in een woonkamer of studeerkamer dan in een slaapkamer. Houd de muur licht zodat de mist nog kan ademen, en beperk textiel tot grijs, oat of één diep groen, zodat het notenhout de enige warme toon blijft.
