Het vierkante formaat past waar liggend te druk oogt en staand verloren raakt, terwijl de rechte stelen een korte muur rust en structuur geven. Mosterd en roesttinten houden zich goed onder een kale overlooplamp; het diepe pruimkleurige accent onderaan voorkomt dat het zoet wordt. Verf de muur off‑white of zacht saliegroen en de crèmekleurige achtergrond valt bijna weg, waardoor de bloemen lijken alsof ze direct op het stucwerk zijn geschilderd.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Welke muurkleur past hier het best bij?
    Gebroken wit, vergrijsd salie of een pleisterroze werkt allemaal goed, omdat de crèmekleurige achtergrond daarin zacht opgaat en de bloemen alsof ze op de muur zitten. Mosterdkleurige muren botsen met de mosterdbladeren. Koel grijs is de kleur om te vermijden, omdat de roest en perzik daar hun warmte tegen verliezen en het geheel verloren oogt. Diep marineblauw werkt als de kamer donker is en je wilt dat de tulpen oplichten.

    Welk formaat moet ik kiezen voor een muur in de hal of overloop?
    Meet eerst de breedte van de muur. Voor een korte muur tussen twee deuren vult een vierkant van ongeveer 50 tot 60 cm de ruimte zonder de architraven te raken. Bovenaan een trap, waar je het vanaf de onderste trede ziet, kun je beter naar 70 cm gaan zodat de bladvormen van een afstand leesbaar blijven. Onder de 40 cm vervagen de drie stelen tot één en doet de symmetrie zijn werk niet meer.

    Kan ik hem ophangen in een slaapkamer met een bedrukt beddengoed?
    Ja, als het beddengoed een klein patroon heeft en in een van de kleuren terugkomt. Een fijne mosterdstreep of vergrijsde blauwe ticking past er mooi bij. Grote florals of drukke geometrische prints concurreren ermee, en je oog springt dan tussen bed en wand heen en weer. Als je beddengoed uitgesproken is, hang hem dan boven een kast aan de tegenoverliggende muur in plaats van boven het hoofdeinde, zodat de twee elkaar nooit in zichtlijn kruisen.
