    Hang deze poster boven het dressoir. Niet boven de bank en niet in de hal, maar bij de echte decemberkaarsen, zodat de geschilderde kaarsen er mooi naast lijn vallen. De diepe donkergroene achtergrond combineert het best met warm hout: een walnoot- of mahonieblad laat het dieprood van de appels extra spreken. Houd het oppervlak rustig: twee messing kandelaars, een schaal met clementines, geen zilver dat concurreert. Hang de onderrand ongeveer een hand boven het blad, zodat het beeld onderdeel wordt van het meubel in plaats van erboven te zweven. In januari laat je het gewoon hangen. Tegen een effen geverfde muur oogt het als een donkere stilleven in plaats van een seizoensdecoratie, en de kamer behoudt zijn warmte. Eet eronder. Een goudkleurige lijst past er prachtig bij, en het glas vangt het kaarslicht.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Minder dan je zou verwachten.     Welke kleur muur past hier het best bij?
    Donkere verf wint. Flesgroen, dieprood of navy laten de spar bijna samenvallen met de muur, zodat de kaarsen, kerstballen en duif van ver de aandacht krijgen. Op een witte muur oogt het zwaarder en meer als een poster. Heb je lichte muren, hang het dan boven donker hout zodat het meubel een basis geeft.

    Hoe groot moet een vierkant beeld als dit zijn boven een dressoir?
    Richt op ongeveer de helft tot twee derde van de breedte van het dressoir, wat voor de meeste kasten neerkomt op een vierkant tussen 50 en 70 cm. Kleiner dan dat vervagen de ornamenten vanaf de tafel tot een patroon. Groter dan dat boven een standaard dressoir torent het beeld boven de kandelaars uit in plaats van ermee samen te vallen.
