Boven de bank geeft het koraalroze hetzelfde warme licht als een westraam om zeven uur op een zomeravond – en dat blijft zo, zelfs in februari. Een streep kobaltblauw loopt door het ontwerp, waardoor een marineblauwe fluwelen bank of een blauw-wit vloerkleed er bewust gekozen uitziet in plaats van te vloeken. Offwhite gepleisterde muren laten het koraal spreken. Lichte grijze muren koelen het geheel wat af – precies wat sommige ruimtes nodig hebben. Kies bij voorkeur minimaal 80 cm vierkant; kleiner en de bloemaren verliezen hun hoogte, en juist die hoogte is de kracht van dit werk. Eén lamp is genoeg, geen oranje kussens. Op fineart-papier blijven de snijsporen scherp zichtbaar, en een goudkleurige lijst past perfect bij het koraal.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Gaat het koraalroze vloeken met een grijze bank?
    Nee, zolang het grijs koel en effen is. Koraal en koel grijs gaan goed samen, en het kobaltblauw in de bloemen vormt de brug. Waar het misgaat is warm greige of mushroom, want dat maakt het koraal modderig. Is de bank taupe, voeg dan een navy plaid of een blauw-wit kleed toe zodat het blauw iets heeft om op terug te komen.

    Is het blauw dichter bij navy of bij een helderder kobaltblauw?
    Kobaltblauw, met lila en een paar donkerdere inktblauwe tinten in de schaduw. Het is feller dan navy, dus het verdwijnt niet tegen een navy bank, maar het zit wel dicht genoeg in dezelfde familie om als match te lezen in plaats van als contrast. Tegen echt koningsblauw kan het botsen, dus houd andere blauwtinten in de ruimte of donkerder of juist veel lichter.

    Werkt het in een keuken, of is het te veel kleur voor een kleine ruimte?
    Het werkt goed in een keuken met witte of lichte muren en wat daglicht. Het koraal verwarmt een ruimte met witte kasten en staal, en het groen in de bladeren pikt kruiden op van de vensterbank. Houd het weg van fornuis en gootsteen, en kies liever een middelmaat dan groot, zodat de kleur een accent blijft en niet de hele ruimte overneemt.
