How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the palette as bright in real life as it looks on screen?
Yes — the yellow, blue, teal and coral are intentionally vivid, in the spirit of a modern travel poster. On premium fine-art paper the colours stay rich and clean rather than glossy. If your room leans very soft and muted, treat this as your single colour moment and keep nearby decor calm.
Will it work in a small room or narrow hallway?
It does. The portrait shape suits narrow walls, and the strong colour earns its place even at a smaller size. In a hallway, hang it slightly above eye level on a cream or warm white wall, with a small console or bench beneath. Avoid placing it next to other busy prints in tight spaces.
What wall colour suits it best?
Warm white, cream and soft oat walls let the yellow and blue sing without competition. Pale sage or chalky pink also work if you want a softer backdrop. Avoid hanging it against a strongly patterned wallpaper or a deep saturated paint colour, as those tend to fight the illustration rather than support it.
