    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Maakt het blauwgrijs mijn slaapkamer koud?

    Alleen als het licht ook koud is. Het grijs en leiblauw komen overdag rustig naar voren, en met warme bedlampen lijkt het ’s avonds eerder kalm dan kil. Combineer het met wit of steenkleurig linnen en een bed van licht hout, dan blijft de kamer zacht. In een kamer op het noorden kun je de muur beter in warm gebroken wit schilderen in plaats van puur wit.

    Hoe breed moet ik gaan boven een kingsize bed?

    Kies ongeveer de breedte van de matras of iets smaller, dus rond 120 tot 150 cm breed. De gelaagde bergkammen hebben die breedte nodig om als diepte te werken. Hang de onderrand ongeveer 15 cm boven het hoofdbord, of 30 cm boven de matras als je geen hoofdbord hebt, en laat de rest van de muur leeg.

    Werkt dit in een woonkamer met een donkere bank?

    Ja, en een antraciet of donkergroene bank past hier heel goed bij. Het lichte grijs in de bovenste helft tilt een donkere zitbank op, en het diepe groen op de voorgrond sluit mooi aan op de bekleding. Houd kussens effen, kies een licht vloerkleed en laat het stuk ongeveer twee derde van de bankbreedte beslaan, zodat het de muur op zichzelf draagt.
