    Groot is hier de sleutel. Kies een formaat dat groter is dan je eerst logisch vindt. Onder 40 cm breed oogt de octopus speels en verdwijnt de impact; bij 60 cm breed en ruim een meter hoog trekken de tentakels je blik van plafondlijst tot plint. De krachtige mosterdtint heeft die ruimte nodig tegen het navyblauw, anders wordt het schril. Hang ‘m op de kopse kant van een gang, waar je ernaartoe loopt en niets concurreert. Een hoge nis naast het bad is een sterke tweede plek. Witte metrotegels verdiepen het navy; licht geschilderd stucwerk doet hetzelfde. Houd geel buiten de rest van je zichtlijn en laat de stippen het enige patroon zijn. Op fine-art papier blijven de witte stippen haarscherp, en een zwarte lijst geeft het navy een strakke rand.

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Werkt het geel in een badkamer die al marineblauw is geverfd?

    Hoe groot moet ik gaan voor het einde van een hal?

    Meet de breedte van de muur en neem minstens de helft daarvan. Bij een hal van 110 cm breed betekent dat ongeveer 55 cm breed en 110 cm hoog, wat groot klinkt tot je het vanaf de voordeur ziet. Hallen worden van een afstand bekeken, dus een klein werk verdwijnt. De hoge vorm sluit aan op de verhoudingen van de gang, en daarom voelt dit formaat goed.

    Is dit geschikt voor een kinderkamer?

    Ja, en hij veroudert mooi. De gespikkelde tentakels en ronde ogen komen vriendelijk over voor een vierjarige, terwijl marineblauw en mosterd volwassen genoeg zijn om een tienerverfbeurt te overleven.
