Hang de poster met het midden op ooghoogte gezien vanaf drie treden lager – niet uitlijnen met het plafond. Het werk komt het best tot zijn recht op lichte muren: gebroken wit of krijtgrijs, met een effen traploper en verder niets aan die wand. Met 40 cm breedte vult het precies de nis waar geen enkele spiegel werkte; breder maakt de overloop al snel een kamer.     Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Botst het koraalroze met een saliegroene hal?
    Salie en koraal gaan goed samen zolang de muurkleur ingetogen blijft. De diep groene bladeren geven de twee een gedeelde noot, en het mosterd maakt de salie warmer in plaats van ermee te botsen. Een fel mintgroen is lastiger, dus als je hal koel oogt, houd dan eerst een staaltje van het roze erbij. Donkergroen houtwerk eronder oogt juist heel bewust.

    Hoe hoog moet het zijn om op een trapbordes te werken?
    Een trapbordes wordt van onderaf gezien, dus hoogte is belangrijker dan breedte. Ga voor minstens 80 cm hoog, opgehangen zodat het midden gelijk zit met je ooghoogte vanaf drie treden lager. Kleiner dan dat worden de bloemen vanaf de hal een roze vlek. Bij een trappenhuis met dubbel hoogteverschil ga je naar 120 cm of meer en laat je de rest van de muur leeg.

    Moet het marineblauw aan de basis ook terugkomen in de kamer?
    Dat helpt, maar het is niet essentieel. Het donkere blauw zit laag in het beeld, dus het valt op je muur ongeveer ter hoogte van meubels. Een marineblauw vloerkleed, één blauw kussen of een indigo tafelkleed eronder verbindt het geheel met de kamer. Zonder blauw in de buurt dragen het koraal en mosterd het nog steeds, maar één donkerblauw object laat de basis meteen bewust ogen.
