How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the pink and red really work together, or will it look clashing?
The pinks and deep red are pulled from the same warm family, so they sit happily together rather than fighting. The cool blues and greens in the glass bottle break things up and stop the warm tones feeling sugary. On a soft pink, off-white or warm cream wall it reads as confident and considered, not loud.
Will this feel too feminine for a shared bedroom or living space?
It leans warm and romantic, but the painterly brushwork and moody blues give it more weight than a typical pink piece. Hung above a chest of drawers, a console or in a dressing area it reads as a hand-painted still life rather than a pretty-pink statement. If your room is very pared-back or masculine, it will sit more comfortably in a smaller size.
What size works best above a dressing table or slim console?
A medium portrait sits well above a standard dressing table or narrow console, leaving a hand's width of breathing room either side. Go larger if the wall is tall and the furniture is wide. Keep the bottom of the frame around twenty centimetres above the surface so the piece feels connected to the furniture below.
