How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the pink overwhelming, or does it sit in the background?
The soft pink is the dominant backdrop, especially in the lower half. It's gentle rather than hot pink, so it reads as warm and dusty rather than loud — but if your wall is already pink, the print will lean into that rather than balance it. On a chalky off-white or soft green wall it settles down nicely.
Will this work in a small downstairs loo, or is it too busy?
It actually suits a small loo well. The composition is centred around one strong object, so even though there's a lot happening, the eye lands on the bottle. In a tight space, a single confident piece often works better than a cluster — and this one was built for that job.
What frame colour holds the colours together best?
White or oak. White keeps things light and lets the soft pink and deep red lead. Oak adds warmth and ties in nicely with painted timber furniture. Black is possible but pulls the eye to the frame edge rather than the painting, which isn't what you want here.
