    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Wordt de crèmekleurige achtergrond niet geel tegen een stralend witte badkamermuur?

    Een beetje, en dat is juist de bedoeling. Tegen felwitte tegels leest het crème als oud papier, waardoor de muur wat meer karakter krijgt en de ruimte niet aanvoelt als een showroom. Wil je juist dat het opgaat in de muur, schilder die dan in gebroken wit of zacht steen, en dan verdwijnt de rand bijna helemaal terwijl de bruine schelp op zichzelf staat.

    Welk formaat werkt in een toilet beneden?

    Middelgroot, ongeveer 40 tot 50 cm vierkant, op de muur tegenover de deur of naast de wastafel. Kleiner dan dat en de gegraveerde lijnen op het schild worden vanaf de deuropening een bruine vlek. Groter en de crèmekleurige rand gaat te veel domineren in een ruimte die meestal minder dan twee meter breed is. Hang hem iets lager dan je elders zou doen.

    Is dit te serieus voor een kinderkamer?

    Niet als het kind van dierenboeken en musea houdt. Het onderwerp is een echte zeeschildpad, zorgvuldig getekend, dus het past beter in een slaapkamer van een ouder kind of een gedeelde familiebadkamer dan in een babykamer.
