    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Zullen de markeringen lijken op die van mijn eigen Saint Bernard?
    Het is een gestileerd folkportret en geen exacte gelijkenis, dus het zwarte masker, de crèmekleurige bles en de mosterdkleurige vacht zijn vereenvoudigd tot vlakke vormen. De meeste Saint Bernards hebben dat brede patroon, dus je herkent het ras in één oogopslag, maar fijne details zoals exacte vlekvormen of oogkleur komen niet overeen met een specifieke hond.

    Botst de rode halsband met een warm rood getinte kamer?
    Meestal past dat juist goed. De halsband is een zachte oranjerode tint in plaats van fel postbode-rood, dus die gaat mooi samen met terracotta, baksteen, roest en warm rood textiel. Als je kamer al een sterk koel rood of bordeaux heeft, houd de poster dan iets uit de buurt van die items zodat de twee rode tinten niet naast elkaar gelezen worden.

    Werkt hij ook alleen of heeft hij een tweede stuk nodig?
    Hij houdt prima een muur alleen vol, omdat het gezicht groot is en de vormen beperkt zijn. Als je meer wilt, werkt een tweede vierkant werk van vergelijkbare afmeting ernaast beter dan veel kleine lijsten. Houd de combinatie eenvoudig en in dezelfde crème-, mosterd- en zwartfamilie, zodat het portret de blikvanger blijft.
