Het behoudt de zorgvuldige, met de hand ingekleurde uitstraling van een oude vogelplaat, maar draagt die licht; zo krijgt je muur karakter en een vleugje leeftijd zonder oubollig te worden. Hang hem in een werkkamer, in de gang of boven het nachtkastje: de verouderde crèmekleur pakt het lamplicht op en de kleine groene en koraaldetails belonen een nadere blik. Past moeiteloos bij donker hout, rotan, doorleefd leer en linnen in haver- of salietinten, en het flatteert krijtmat off-white of zachtgroene muren. Wat het niet wil: een rij felle, moderne graphics ernaast of een glanzend witte gallerysetting - de papiertint heeft warmte om zich heen nodig om goed tot zijn recht te komen.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Hij houdt een muur prima in z’n eentje boven een bureau, console of nachtkastje, waar het vierkante formaat rustig oogt. Wil je liever een groep maken, dan werken drie of vier andere antieke vogel-, insecten- of botanische platen op vergelijkbare crème achtergronden het best, met strakke gelijke tussenruimtes.
