Nee, het krijtige kobaltblauw verzacht de ruimte niet. Het definieert de ruimte. Dit naakt van Lundstrøm trekt de wand naar een diepere toon — zelfverzekerd, modernistisch, ongehaast. Hang het waar een ruimte om intelligentie vraagt in plaats van decoratie: boven een laag dressoir, in een studeerkamer of aan een stille slaapkamerwand, waar het kobaltblauw zijn werk kan doen tegen linnen en eiken. Combineert prachtig met warm leer, bouclé, antiek messing en steengoed in oker of klei. Vermijd alles wat kitscherig is in de buurt — bloemenprints, vergulde krullen of een drukke gallery wall botsen met de strakke vlakken. Komt het beste tot zijn recht als solist. Het kunstdrukpapier laat het matte, schilderachtige oppervlak prachtig uitkomen onder een slanke zwarte lijst.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

How explicit is the nude — is it suitable for a shared living room?
It's a modernist painted nude, not a photograph: flat planes of paint, no facial features, no explicit detail. It reads as art-historical figure painting in the lineage of Matisse and Modigliani. Most buyers are comfortable with it in a bedroom, study or adult living room; if you share the space with young children or formal visitors, it sits more naturally in a private room.
Will the cobalt blue background feel cold in a warm-toned room?
The cobalt is chalky and painterly rather than icy, and it's balanced by warm pale ochre, blush and olive in the figure itself. In a room with oak, walnut, linen and warm leather, the blue reads as a confident anchor rather than a cold note. If your scheme is built entirely on cream and rose, expect more contrast — that can be a feature, not a fault.
Does this work as a single statement piece or should I hang it with others?
Strongly a soloist. The flat planes and confident composition want a clear wall — pairing it with other figurative work or a busy gallery cluster fights the calm geometry. Give it a wall of its own above a sideboard, bench or low console, and let the surrounding furniture do the supporting work.
