How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the yellow bright or muted?
It's a soft, buttery yellow — warm and slightly aged, not a bright primary yellow. It sits gently against the off-white background rather than jumping off the wall, which is why it suits calm rooms and pale walls rather than high-contrast schemes.
Will it look lost on a large wall?
On its own, yes — the sprig is slim and quiet, so a large empty wall will swallow it. Size up to a larger format, hang it in a pair, or place it above a piece of furniture so the chest, console or basin gives it an anchor.
Does the off-white background match a true white wall?
The background is a warm off-white rather than pure white, so it tends to sit more comfortably against plaster, limewash or warm off-white paint than against a cool brilliant white. On a very white wall the background will read a touch warmer, which most people find softening.
