How do bookstore art prints look when they arrive, and are they ready to hang?

Which size bookshop wall art works best above a reading nook or home library shelf?

For a reading nook or the wall space directly above a bookshelf, we recommend a 40x50cm or 50x70cm print. These sizes sit comfortably above a standard 80-100cm wide bookcase without overwhelming it. If you have a larger feature wall in a dedicated home library, go for 70x100cm for a proper statement. Hang the centre of the print at eye level when you're standing, not sitting, so it draws you in as you enter the room.

How do I create a literary gallery wall using bookstore prints?

Start with one anchor piece, ideally your largest bookshop print at around 50x70cm, placed slightly off-centre. Then build outward with two or three smaller prints (30x40cm works well) arranged asymmetrically around it. Stick to one frame finish across all pieces for cohesion.
