    Om detta konstverk

Put bluntly, your living room can carry more blue than it thinks. This is a thick-brushed mountain view: a white castle rising out of dark pine, a blue lake behind it, snow-topped peaks along the top edge. Hung up, it pulls the eye away from the furniture and gives the room a window it didn't have. It sits well above a sofa, a sideboard or a desk, and it holds its own on a plain painted wall. Pair it with linen, mid-brown wood, aged leather and green stoneware. Don't crowd it with other busy landscapes — one strong view per wall is plenty. On fine-art paper the brushwork and the soft pink blossom stay crisp.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the bright blue sky feel too strong on a white wall?

On a plain off-white or chalky white wall the blue reads as fresh rather than loud, because there's a lot of deep green under it to hold it down. If your walls are very bright white, a mid-brown frame gives the picture a warmer edge and softens the jump between wall and sky.

Does the detail get lost in a smaller size?

Some of it does. The castle windows, the village rooftops and the pink blossom are small marks, so a small square flattens them into texture. If you only have room for something modest, hang it somewhere you pass close by, like a hallway. For a sofa or desk wall, go large.

Can I hang this in a modern, pared-back room?

Yes, as long as it's the only picture on that wall. The brushwork is traditional but the square shape and the clear blue-green colour work against plain painted walls and simple furniture. Keep surfaces below it clear and skip patterned cushions or rugs nearby so the scene stays the focus.
