    Om detta konstverk

Most living rooms have daytime sorted and evening left to chance. Put this on the wall behind the sofa and the room gets a dusk of its own, the kind that arrives at half past eight in late June and stays. That peach sky does most of it. Deep green canopies hold the top of the wall down so the space feels sheltered rather than bright. Tan leather or rust velvet under it, a walnut sideboard nearby, and the burnt orange in the trunks will pick up both. Keep lamps low and warm. Overhead light bleaches the sky and you lose the hour. Hang it big. At 80cm square the lone walker is small enough to notice late, which is the point. On fine-art paper the grain in the sky reads like soft pastel up close.

    Printing, Paper and Frames

Quality you can see (and feel)
Printed using museum-grade giclée technology on thick, matte art paper - no glare, just soft, natural colour that looks beautiful.

The kind of detail and depth that makes people lean in closer. Hand-framed in solid FSC-certified wood. Never cheap MDF or plastic-y veneers.

Won't fade, even in direct sunlight
Premium acrylic glaze with UV blocking keeps colours vibrant for 100+ years. Hang it anywhere - bedroom, hallway, that sunny spot above the sofa - without worry.

    Unbox, hang, done
Arrives framed with fixtures already attached. Two minutes with a hammer and your wall goes from blank to "where did you get that?"

    Made responsibly
FSC-certified wood and paper. Water-based, vegan inks. Crafted to order, so there's zero waste and zero guilt.

How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will the orange trunks clash with a green sofa?

No, they will agree with it. The trunks sit against deep green canopies in the picture already, so a forest or olive sofa reads as part of the same scheme. Keep the greens on the deep side rather than mint or sage, and add one rust cushion or throw so the orange has a partner lower in the room.

How big should I go above a sofa?

Aim for around two thirds of the sofa width. On a standard three-seater that means 80 to 90cm square. Go smaller and the walker vanishes into the hill, leaving you with a picture of trees rather than a scene. At the right size the figure is the last thing you notice and the thing you keep looking at.

Does the dark top half make a room feel heavier?

It makes it feel sheltered rather than heavy. The dark canopies sit high on the wall and act like a ceiling line, while the pale sky beneath keeps the middle of the room light. In a small room hang it slightly lower than instinct says, so the peach band lands at eye level and does the lifting.
