    When the living room feels over-arranged, this kind of crane helps. It pulls the eye up and gives everything else on the wall room to breathe. The gold ground warms a neutral room without going shiny, and the dark wing feathers stop it tipping into soft or pretty.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will the gold background overpower a neutral room?

    The gold here is warm and slightly weathered rather than shiny, so it reads closer to a deep mustard than metallic foil. In rooms with cream, oat or warm white walls it lifts the space without taking over. On cool grey walls the warmth can feel a bit louder, so it works best where there is already wood, linen or brass in the room.

    Is the crane facing left or right?

    The crane faces left, with its beak lifted upward and wings raised. That gives the composition a strong upward and leftward pull, so it tends to work best on a wall where the eye can travel into the room rather than into a corner. Hanging it on the right side of a console or bed usually frames it better than the left.

    Does this work as a single piece or does it need a pair?

    It is designed to stand on its own. The wingspan, dark feathers and gold ground carry the wall without help. You can pair it with a quieter vertical print in the same gold or cream tones, but two statement cranes side by side usually feels crowded rather than balanced.
