    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will it look too busy on a small kitchen wall?

    It reads busier up close than it does on a wall. Most of the picture is warm off-white paper, and the colour sits in a few clear spots — the hedge, the bottle, the plates and the blue cloth. At a medium size, on a short run of wall, it looks lively rather than crowded. Leave a little bare wall around it and it settles.

    Does the green and blue clash with olive or sage cabinets?

    No — it usually helps. The leafy green in the hedge is close enough to olive and sage to feel related, and the bright blue along the bottom stops the whole thing going flat. If your cabinets are a strong green, keep the surrounding shelf styling simple so the print is the only pattern in that corner.

    Is it only for kitchens and dining rooms?

    Those are the easiest wins, because the subject fits the use of the room. It also works in a relaxed living room on a painted wall, in a breakfast corner, or in a hallway near the kitchen door. It's less comfortable in a bedroom, where the colour and the sense of activity can feel a bit much at night.
