    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Will it look too plain on a large white wall?

    On a big white wall the leaf can float, so give it a job. Go one size up than you first think, hang it at eye level and place it in relation to furniture — above a bedside table, desk or console. Adding a second quiet piece alongside also helps hold the space.

    Does it still work in a warm room with lots of wood?

    Yes, as long as the wood is pale or mid-toned and the walls stay light. The greys read as a calm break between timber and textiles. In a room full of dark brown wood and deep warm colour it can look a little cool, so a black frame and a light wall behind it help.

    Is the leaf detail visible from across the room?

    The main shape and the dark central veins read clearly from a few metres away. The finer veins and the soft faded edges only show up close, which is why it suits spots you walk past or sit near — a hallway, the side of a bed, or above a desk.
