    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    What makes Fab frames so good?

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

    Will this look odd in a dining room rather than a kitchen?

    Not at all. It reads as a still life first and food second, so it sits comfortably above a sideboard or on a dining feature wall. Keep the surrounding styling simple — plain ceramics, a linen runner, a couple of glasses — and it feels considered rather than themed.

    Does it work with warm wood and cream walls, or only cool schemes?

    It works with both, as long as the wood is on the paler side. Oak, ash and light beech sit well against the soft blues. Cream walls are fine too. It only starts to struggle with strong terracotta, mustard or heavy dark timber, where the cool blues can look out of place.

    Can I hang two of these together?

    Yes. The tall portrait shape pairs neatly, and two side by side with a 6-10cm gap makes a good run along a galley kitchen or above a long sideboard. Keep both the same size and frame so the repetition looks deliberate rather than accidental.
