    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Will this show up on a cream or off-white wall?

    Yes, though it needs a little help. The background is a warm off-white close to many wall paints, so the olive stems and pale blue heads carry the picture. A slim white or pale frame gives it a clean edge, and leaving generous empty wall on either side makes it read as a chosen focal point rather than a faded patch.

    Is it too pale for a north-facing room?

    It copes well. Cooler north light suits the washed blue heads and stops the olive greens looking heavy. In a dimmer room, go one size up rather than adding a dark frame, and keep the wall behind it light. It will look softest in the morning and hold steady through the afternoon.

    Does it work as a pair or do I need to hang it alone?

    Both work. Solo it suits a narrow stretch of wall, a bathroom or a hallway. As a pair, hang two portrait pieces side by side above a bed or a chest of drawers with a hand's width between them, and keep the second piece equally pale so neither overpowers the other.
